Job Description
The Office Receptionist enhances effectiveness by providing information management support by routing calls and directing visitors to the appropriate staff. This position may also assist with clerical tasks and processes in support of the Human Resources department. This is an as needed hourly position at the school board office.
Essential Job Functions:
Professionally answers telephones and directs the caller to appropriate staff. Greets and directs visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Establishes and coordinates the efficient operation of the reception area. Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail correspondences. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Education and Experience:
Required High school Diploma or GED certificate 2 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.About Spotsylvania County Public Schools:
