Primary Responsibilities:

Answers incoming Service Department phone calls. Directs Caller to appropriate Service Advisor or Individual or takes a thorough message. Provides Excellent Customer Service. Closes Repair Order's for the Service Department. Assists Service Advisor Staff with communication with Customers. Job advancement and other opportunities. Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

Knowledge of CDK/ADP systems a plus 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required Good communication skills, both written and verbal Professional appearance and work ethic Superior Customer Service skills Strong mathematical ability

Required Education:
