Fulltime -
Position Summary:
11p-7a Tuesday - Friday and Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday. The receptionist is the face of The Williams Home, Inc. This position performs a variety of administrative tasks and being attentive to residents and guest needs.

Office environment (temperature controlled)
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent;
  • Have met the requirements of drug screening, covid-19 vaccination, criminal background check, and verification of previous employment, N95 Fit Test, OSHA Questionnaire;
  • This role requires a computer-literate individual who can effectively check, manage, and respond to all work-related emails and electronic notifications daily, or as needed, while on shift;
  • Be physically and mentally capable of carrying out assigned responsibilities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written as applicable to job responsibilities;
  • Be of good character and reputation;
  • Energetic and organized skills a must;
  • Be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity, and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons;
  • Be clean, well groomed, and wear proper footwear;
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, lift, and carry things using proper body mechanics;
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and SDS standards;
  • Maintain current first aid certification;
  • Clean driving record and possess a current driver's license if driving the company vehicle;
  • Must be awake at all times;
