You will be joining a collaborative team of seven Veterinarians. We are a progressive, small animal practice that offers our dedicated client base a high level of care in a wide range of services. It is extremely important that we keep our hospital safe from negativity and keep our culture positive. This is a full-time position with a great work-life balance ! A typical schedule is 5 days per week with working rotating weekend hours ! Customer Service Representative Hours of Operations Monday through Thursday 7:30 am

• 7:00pm Friday 7:30 am
• 6:00pm Saturday 8:00am
• 3:00pm Sunday Closed The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer interactions, communications with current and future clients via phone, text, and email.

The individual will be positive, efficient, empathetic and an excellent listener. Organization and the ability to follow-up on scheduled appointments is imperative. Our team is heavily client-focused and client experience is a top priority. Candidates with knowledge of the Avimark system will be highly considered. Reception experience is recommended and ability to work morning to afternoon to evening.
