Job Description

Job Overview We are a growing construction company seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors while also providing day-to-day administrative support to our office and construction team. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Greet customers, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area Provide general administrative and clerical support Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Assist project managers and office with administrative tasks Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience is preffered Construction industry experience is a plus but not required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Computer literacy and technical proficiency to navigate various software applications High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
