Job Description
IntellecTechs is currently seeking a Facilities Receptionist to support the Facility & Security Management Division at the Russell-Knox Building (RKB) in Quantico, Virginia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary. Schedule facility events. Receiving, processing and controlling printed materials and request printing services. Process all types of documents to include service tickets, Events, locksmiths and project requests. Maintains schedules for maintenance and repairs on the facility. Tracking facility work orders. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Coordinates all incoming calls automation. Use computers to perform a wide variety of recording keeping. Input, delete, retrieve, manipulate, and correct information databases or automated records. Design and produce reports using automated records. Assist with inventory and database management for common facility spaces.- Collecting and or coding for budget or program management purposes.
