Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, visitors, and vendors, providing a warm and professional experience Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team member, and assist with basic service requests Manage the office calendar and coordinate client appointments, internal meetings, and other scheduled activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company CRM system Monitor follow-up activities and help ensure client-related tasks and next steps are completed on time Assist with client communications, including email correspondence, mailings, and other outreach Help maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and client appreciation efforts Support the coordination and execution of client events, educational programs, workshops, and other office events Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and assist with recordkeeping Retrieve, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Maintain inventory and order office and hospitality supplies as needed Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and processing routine forms and documentation Assist with general office operations, including opening and closing the office Complete additional administrative projects and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up tasks Comfortable answering phones and communicating directly with clients and other external contacts Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Experience working with a CRM or client database is a plus Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team #
GA Pay:
$50,897.00 - $65,789.00 per year
