About the Opportunity Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping others and creating a great first impression? We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, welcoming visitors, supporting day to day office operations, and helping maintain a positive and professional work environment. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team in a large, newly renovated office with opportunities for professional growth. What You'll Do Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and employees while providing exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage visitor check in procedures and maintain front desk logs. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed. Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments. Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours. Assist with additional office projects and administrative tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. 1 to 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer focused attitude. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast paced environment. Dependable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. Why Join Us?
