Full-time About the Role Striden is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and provide excellent service to guests, employees, and clients. This role supports reception, hospitality, office coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary front desk contact for guests, visitors, and employees Greet and assist incoming guests in a professional and welcoming manner Register guests and assist with entry procedures Guide visitors to meeting rooms and office spaces as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area Support pantry hospitality, copier stations, and office supply management Assist with meeting coordination, office events, and hoteling support Order, organize, and restock office and pantry supplies Provide additional administrative support as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or reception experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible spending account (FSA) Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off Parental leave Referral program 401(k) eligibility after six months of employment Subsidized healthcare All benefits begin on the first day of employment.
