Job Description

Description Worth Higgins & Associates is a leading print and visual communications company known for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. As an employee-owned company (ESOP), we're committed to creating a collaborative environment where team members play a direct role in our shared success. We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Facilities Support team member. This role is key to creating a welcoming front office experience while supporting daily operations across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide front desk support Answer and direct incoming calls Manage shared inboxes (receptionist, fax, accounts payable) Handle mail, packages, and deliveries Coordinate conference rooms and maintain meeting spaces Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies Support administrative tasks and internal communications Assist with employee/customer events and facility needs
Schedule:

Requirements Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask Proficient with email and basic office systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
