Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome our guest utilizing our brand standards Collect and verify a form of payment from guests Must be reliable, flexible and have the ability to learn quickly Answer the phone in a professional manner Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints Run various reports Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Qualifications:

Attention to detail Previous experience in customer service, front desk service Knowledge of local area is a plus Must be a team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to stand a minimum of 6 hours.

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
