Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude, technical proficiency, and strong organizational skills will help create a professional and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer support. Handle data entry tasks using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records. Maintain office supplies inventory, organize filing systems, and ensure all administrative materials are up-to-date. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or management as needed. Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing correspondence. Highly efficient in verifying dental insurance benefits and processing insurance claims. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office (required). Experience is a must. Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent customer service skills with a warm, positive, and professional attitude. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software. Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential and communication skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data entry procedures, filing systems, and proofreading techniques.
