Salon Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a bubbly and people oriented Salon Receptionist to join our team. The Salon Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.

Duties:

• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner (take coats, offer a beverage, etc.)
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Pre-book clients
• Assist with retail sales of salon products
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with clients and stylists to ensure a positive experience
• Upsell salon services and products to clients
• Assist salon technician when necessary (Sweep, set clients up for services, etc.

)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is required
• Proficiency in cash handling and working with a cash register
• Must be fluent in English due to the nature of the job
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous

• SATURDAY & SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED
