Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm first impression Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and calendar management tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Word processing, and other Microsoft Office applications Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing supplies Assist with client communication via phone and email, providing excellent customer support and support for inquiries Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing incoming mail, packages, and office supplies Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry software Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Technical proficiency in office management tools such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems, scheduling tools, and general office technology confidently Previous experience with personal assistant tasks or calendar management is advantageous Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
