What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is welcoming and seamless.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients with a warm and professional demeanor. Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs. Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner. Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Working with patients and learning to perform basic ophthalmic testing skills. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to a supportive and patient-centered practice. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should bring: 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, including ophthalmic testing. Availability to work part-time during mornings and afternoons.
