In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help coordinate appointments, manage client communications, and support the veterinary staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software, ensuring optimal flow for the clinic Manage medical collections accurately, including processing payments and insurance claims Maintain detailed records of pet medical histories, treatments, and client interactions Communicate clearly with clients regarding pet care instructions, surgery preparations, or follow-up care Handle phone inquiries promptly, providing information on services such as pet grooming, dog training, or kennel availability Support veterinary administrative functions including filing, inventory management, and updating veterinary software systems Join us in making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners! Pay:
$16.50 - $18.50 per hour
