Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our dental office. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, handling multi-line phone systems, coordinating appointments, and supporting office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your excellent communication skills and organizational prowess will contribute significantly to our team's success and patient satisfaction! Duties include - Greet patients and staff warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage recalls and overdue hygiene appointments. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Maintain patient records in our practice management system (Open Dental) Assist with office management tasks such as mail distribution and maintaining cleanliness of common areas. Coordinate with doctor and clinical staff. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clerical skills. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior experience as a receptionist in dental settings is a plus; personal assistant experience is also valuable.
