Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our office environment. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and guests alike. Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently. Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and collecting payments. Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to support administrative functions. Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining supplies, and overseeing general clerical tasks. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various communication channels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist in medical settings is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism. Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are highly desirable.
