Overview Opening in 2WEEKS!!! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Center receptionist to join our nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop. The ideal candidate will must have a strong background in customer service early childhood education with experience in classroom management and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere. This role is essential in supporting the growth and development of the Center and young children, ensuring their safety, and providing an engaging customer service experience. We also offer five paid holidays per year and generous PTO. Responsibilities Engage with our community to promote exceptional customer service, follow-up and prompt parent needs request to the administration team Supervise and engage with children when needed during breaks or activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times Foster a positive workplace environment through effective behavior and time management techniques, punctuality and confidentiality Assist, when needed, with daily routines including meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's administrative needs and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating work setting that encourages efficiency Experience Previous experience working in administration and daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Early Learning Center principles and practices. Experience with classroom management techniques to support an orderly environment. CPR and first aid practices certification are required 30 Stars training is required prior to start Must past a WA State Background check Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary Must be enthusiastic about shaping young minds and making a difference in the lives of children
