Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in computerized systems and office software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including proofreading documents. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor. Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required.
