Job Description
Job description The Receptionist is responsible for assisting the Management & Staff in various tasks. This position is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks. Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors to the community. Essential Functions Responsibilities will include an understanding of the following tasks and how they integrate into our operations and monthly accounting cycle. Daily tasks will vary.
- Answers and directs all phone calls.
- Greets all Guests to the Office
- Manage, cleans and organize the front desk.
- Collects and sorts all mail and packages.
- Provides administrative support to all team members as requested.
- Answers all guest questions.
- Decorates the office for holidays and events.
- Receiving and uploading customer payments
- Calls customers as needed to follow up on accounts as assigned by Management
- Process incoming and outgoing emails and assist with shared email accounts.
- Contacting customers regarding cancellations and other adverse account issues as directed by the Manager.
- Provides contracts to and collects all relevant documents from new and existing tenants.
- Ensures that all customers are in compliance with the company document requirements.
- Provides occasional tours of the facilities.
- Supports the Management and Staff as needed.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Other duties as needed and assigned.
