We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Front Desk Receptionist - On Call The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments Register patients and accurately enter demographic information Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areasQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.
