Job Description
Butler Surveying Inc., a family owned professional land surveying firm located in Chehalis Washington has an opening for office administrative lead. The position entails the following duties:
- Answering phones and client interactions
- Research of public records for preparation of survey bids
- Processing and tracking of client payments
- Interactions with public offices (Assessor, Treasurer, Auditor, Planning Department) in multiple jurisdictions for the purpose of processing survey projects
- Scheduling of jobs for field crews
- Scanning and archiving of project files The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational abilities and an attention to detail
- A background in client services
- Experience in public records research and/or a background in land title records would be a plus, but is not required.
Pay:
$18.00- $25.
