SCRAP-IT
is a fast paced recycling facility looking to expand their office staff. This is not a replacement position. We started in 2010 and are continually growing. We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with Scale Operations, Phones, and monitoring daily customer service operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person must be a multitasker comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. Responsibilities Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Scale traffic monitoring- weighing, directing customers, identifying product Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Maintain trusting relationships with, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties Answer phones and able to use copy machine and computer Skills Proven experience as a office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Scrap It provided the following inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.Pay:
