The Receptionist represents the face of the spa, providing exceptional client service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking clients in and out Managing the therapist team Managing the overall flow of the spa
Shift Availability:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am-3:15pm or 3:00pm to 8:45pm Saturday or Sunday(one weekend required) Job Description We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities Have the mentality that we are here to serve our clients and help them. Approach everyone in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Greet and welcome guests. Answer and direct phone calls. Manage appointments, reservations, and walk-ins Light cleaning, maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Handle inquiries from clients and visitors Utilize computer systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication Requirements Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office applications Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office equipment operation Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices Ability to quickly learn new software programs or computerized systems Compensation Base hourly pay + package sales commission and quarterly bonus opportunities
