Job Description

Veterinary Receptionist Hello! We're Holly Vet Clinic, a locally owned veterinary practice in Kenmore, WA. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalized veterinary care while creating a welcoming experience for pets and their families. We value teamwork, clear communication, reliability, and a positive work environment. What We Offer $19-$25/hour, depending on experience Full-time position
Schedule:
5 days per week, approximately 8:45 AM-5:00 PM Optional weekend availability Supportive, collaborative team environment Hands-on training and opportunities to become familiar with veterinary terminology and clinic operations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can stay organized in a busy environment. This role involves interacting with many clients throughout the day, so strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required. Previous customer service experience is required. The right person for this role is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and willing to work as part of a team. We especially value a positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for both animals and their owners. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in keeping the clinic organized and creating a positive client experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in clients and patients Scheduling and managing appointments Answering phone calls and responding to emails Processing payments Coordinating client and medical messages with the veterinary team Maintaining accurate client and patient information Assisting with general front-desk organization and daily clinic operations Location Kenmore, WA - conveniently accessible from I-5 and I-405.
