A Receptionist greets and directs customers or visitors that come in to an office or business, and answers and directs incoming phone calls. Deals with mail or courier services. May schedule appointments or meeting rooms, gather patient information, or assist with filing or other administrative support work.
Looking for a positive, hardworking, motivated individual who would like to join a cutting-edge healthcare facility in Mt. Vernon, WA as a Front Office Team Member. Previous office experience preferred, training provided to the right person.
Responsibilities to include:
Excellent customer service with attention to detail, honesty and integrity. Friendly, ready to assist, positive attitude, joyful. Answering the phone with a smile and clear ability to speak and communicate accurately and professionally. Computer work to include email, fax, scanning, organizing of electronic files, scheduling appointments and taking payments. The ability to take and fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency. Attention to detail in inventory processing and reporting. (This is not a freight or warehouse position - small product boxes and shipments only). Take payments and be able to make change, as well as balance accurately.
