Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Full-time Receptionist position available for our Mount VernonMedical and Dental Clinic. We are looking for customer serviceoriented candidates. The receptionist will be responsible forprocessing patient information. Making medical appointments andcontacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar, taking messages,etc. The ideal candidate must possess some problem-solving skills andmust be able to communicate efficiently with our patients and besensitive to their needs. Must demonstrate and maintain a high levelof work ethic and professionalism as well as be able to multi-task andproperly use basic office software.

EDUCATION AND/OR REQUIREMENT

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills arerequired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
