What You'll Do In this role, you'll support technician onboarding, guide professional growth, and ensure clinical excellence. You will:

Lead structured training programs for new and experienced technicians. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback. Track and document training progress. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, MIPS and internal policies. Review documentation accuracy, safety practices and patient interaction standards. Adapt to evolving clinic needs with flexibility Collaborate with management to improve workflows, training processes, and technician engagement. What We're Looking For Prior experience as an ophthalmic technician is required. Ability to train, mentor and engage staff across diverse learning styles. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
