Job Description

We are looking for an office manager that is dependable, highly motivated and can take on a leadership role. We are a local tree and landscaping business that is family owned and operated that is looking to expand our team.
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling and service
  • Creating invoices and processing payments
  • Communication and scheduling of jobs with our crew
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinating with book keeper to ensure expenses and invoices are properly entered and categorized
  • Updating social media page, creating content for social media pages
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Familiarity experience with Quickbooks / book keeping
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
  • Professional phone and customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Marketing / sales experience a bonus
  • We are willing to train the right candidate.
This is an opportunity with significant growth opportunities for anyone looking to take on more of a management role. We are looking for part-time position for the right candidate.
