Job Description
The right candidate must have wonderful customer service skills, patience, and a fun, outgoing yet professional personality. We are seeking someone who will work well independently and with the utmost integrity and responsibility in this fast pace office. Dependability and reliability are a must. Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself Greet patients upon arrival, check them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on providers availability Provide patients with support and guidance as needed Complete medical records Maintain a clean environment Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right applicant.
