Receptionist (FT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge HOA (Redmond, WA) Our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community is seeking a full-time receptionist. This is an on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). We are offering $26-$28/Hourly DOE.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1-2 years of admin and/or reception experience required. Strong administrative support skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling various interruptions. Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen focus on resident experience. Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Job Dutie s:
Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area. Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly. Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners, board members and team members in a timely and courteous manner. Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously. Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine request, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment. Apply today and join our team!
