Handle calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or departments as needed. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to ensure accurate financial records. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy. Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone communication skills. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and clerical best practices. Customer service experience with a focus on client communication and support. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Technical proficiency in productivity software including spreadsheets for data analysis or reporting purposes. Experience in front desk roles with personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus.
