This is an exciting time to join us. We are preparing to move into a beautiful new, state-of-the-art salon and spa, creating an elevated experience for both our guests and our team. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants more than just a job—we're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a company that is investing in its future. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional salon experience. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited to return. Responsibilities Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Schedule appointments, answer phones, and respond to client inquiries efficiently and professionally. Manage the daily appointment book to maximize stylist productivity and guest satisfaction. Check guests in and out while accurately processing payments and future bookings. Recommend professional retail products and educate guests on salon and spa services. Maintain accurate client records and appointment details. Keep the front desk, retail displays, and reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations. Resolve guest concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or salon experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable learning salon scheduling software and point-of-sale systems. Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Passion for providing luxury-level customer service.
