LEGAL RECEPTIONIST ELG
Estate Planning | Seattle, WA About Us ELG Estate Planning is a preeminent Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law firm serving clients throughout Washington. Over the past 20 years, ELG Estate Planning has served thousands of satisfied clients and is dedicated exclusively to Estate Planning and Probate. We have offices in Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Seattle. Our Seattle office is seeking a Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. What You'll Do This role combines client-facing responsibilities with administrative support. You're the first and often the most important contact our clients have with ELG. When interacting with clients, your mission is to ensure every person who connects with us, whether by phone, email, or in person, feels welcomed, heard, and taken care of. You'll run the reception desk at our Seattle office, manage the flow of communication and information, and handle the administrative details that allow our legal team to focus on what they do best. While your primary support goes to the legal team, you'll collaborate across the entire firm and be the person who helps keep everything running smoothly so clients receive the attentive, warm experience they deserve. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Client Experience:
Greet clients and set a warm, professional tone for every interaction Listen carefully and demonstrate genuine interest in clients' needs Follow up proactively on client matters and requests Manage administrative details efficiently so our legal team can focus on clients
Administrative Support & Coordination:
Answer phones with a friendly tone and route calls efficiently Coordinate schedules and logistics to keep everything running smoothly Process and scan incoming mail; record client-related items in database Support general office operations as needed Keep the office clean, organized, and inviting for clients and staff Manage office supplies and inventory
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or reception role, ideally in a professional services environment Proficiency with using a variety of software systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Professional demeanor and genuine interpersonal skills
Preferred:

The salary range is $25/hr - $32/hr (Approximately $50,000-$65,000 annually), based on experience and qualifications
