Chiropractic Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Showing up to work, greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls, making appointments, tidying and organizing the office, verifying insurance. MUST have decent computer skills. Having knowledge in marketing is a plus!! This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a medical office environment. Looking for 15-20 hours a week on a monday, Wednesday or friday - hours are flexible Requirements Experience in medical administrative support is preferred, including familiarity with insurance verification processes. Proficiency in managing medical records and filing systems effectively. Strong understanding of medical coding practices is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for patient interactions.
