Front Desk Receptionist

Houk Chiropractic and Medical Massage is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our very busy and growing chiropractic office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a great work ethic. Daily responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

• answering multi-line telephone
• scheduling patients
• collecting payments
• answering patient questions
• inquiring about insurance benefits.
• Filing/Scanning In this position you should enjoy working with people as it is important in making sure our patients feel welcome when they choose us for their care.
