Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM As the Receptionist , you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and callers, providing professional and personalized support in a fast-paced office environment. You will manage a high volume of incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers, and provide general administrative support. This role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills, along with a polished and professional presence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional front desk support for clients, guests, and visitors. Answer, screen, and route a high volume of incoming calls for multiple businesses. Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking callers and visitors. Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate client, office, or meeting space. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area. Handle multiple requests and priorities while using sound judgment and attention to detail. Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and basic data entry. Process outgoing mail and packages using postage and shipping services. Support a large portfolio of client businesses by providing consistent, personalized service. Take on additional administrative and office support responsibilities as familiarity with operations increases. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required. 1+ year of customer service, reception, or administrative experience; 2+ years preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to manage a high volume of calls, visitors, and competing priorities. Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office technology. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple clients and businesses. Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when handling client and visitor information.
