This position assists with reception duties, patient intake coordination, medical records management, and general office support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist visitors, patients, and referral sources Assist with patient intake and referral documentation Maintain and organize medical records and patient files Process physician orders and track required documentation Provide general administrative and clerical support Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Required Qualifications 2+ years of medical office experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience with patient intake, referrals, or medical records preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Home Health or Hospice experience Experience with HCHB Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid documentation requirements The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
