Job Description

We are looking for someone who is GREAT with people, loves to have fun, and is a hard worker. We are a growing healthcare company located in Vancouver, WA. We have a close TEAM and a family atmosphere. Our TEAM has a focus on personal and professional development. We are seeking a self-starter with the ability to multitask and the flexibility to adapt and fill in where needed. We need someone that is well organized and pays close attention to detail. You must have an upbeat, positive personality, love people, and have a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet while adapting to each situation and maintain excellent customer service. Preferred candidate would also have experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, and/or dental office setting, as well as some experience with marketing. Excellent Potential for Growth! Bonuses Available (up to $1000+ per month)
Job Responsibilities and Position Requirements:
  • Front Desk duties i.e. checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, collecting payments
  • Assisting in setting up and running internal and external marketing events
  • Providing top notch customer service to our patients in all aspects of our practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly organized for effectively handling multiple tasks
  • Assisting with billing
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Experience with social media a plus
  • Upbeat attitude and easily approachable
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently without supervision
  • Great TEAM player
  • Excellent note taking ability
