What You'll Do:

Greet clients and their pets with a smile and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records Handle payments and provide information about services and products Assist with general administrative support to keep the clinic running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Previous reception or customer service experience (vet clinic experience a plus!) Strong communication and organizational skills A love for animals and empathy for pet owners Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with veterinary software (Cornerstone) is a bonus
