Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative tasks Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, phone etiquette, and attentive service Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and computer systems Bilingual (preferred) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner Strong computer literacy including familiarity with Google Workspace applications and productivity software Previous experience in customer service or clerical roles demonstrating attention to detail and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
