Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth office flow and exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will contribute significantly to creating a positive, efficient workplace atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer support and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing, and general administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; experience in personal assistance or administrative support is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
