Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the face and voice of our office. As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, you'll set the tone for our fast-paced, customer-focused culture. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes not limited to: Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude Answer high volumes of incoming calls, texts, and emails & route them appropriately Manage a busy front desk with efficiency and poise Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room use Receive and sort mail and deliveries Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and office supply management Collaborate with loan officers and support staff to ensure seamless client service
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
: Experience in a receptionist or front office role (mortgage or financial industry a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software A team-player attitude with a customer-first mindset Professional appearance and demeanor

Hours:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
: This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
COMPENSATION
This role is currently allocated for candidates within geographic regions that do not currently require base wage disclosure. The compensation range for this position will be provided upon request.
