Job Description
Front Desk Associate As a Front Desk Associate at Massage Envy, you play an important role in creating a welcoming, clean, and professional experience for every client. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the clinic. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions, scheduling, and general information. Book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and common areas. Clean and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments as needed. Assist with cleaning and maintaining therapists' rooms to ensure a comfortable and professional environment. Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens and towels. Help maintain adequate supplies throughout the clinic. Follow clinic procedures and standards for cleanliness, organization, and client service. Work as part of a team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and clients receive a positive experience. Training & Qualifications No prior experience in the massage or wellness industry is required. We provide comprehensive training for all Front Desk Associates , including training on our scheduling systems, customer service procedures, clinic operations, and daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients in person and over the phone. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
