Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support a Financial Services office in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and can balance front desk coverage with routine administrative support. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while helping maintain an organized, well-run workplace. The role offers a steady weekday schedule and the opportunity to contribute to daily office operations in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, employees, and external guests with a courteous and attentive approach while managing the front desk experience.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee conference room calendars, coordinate room usage, and assist with setup and reset needs for meetings.
- Assemble onboarding or welcome materials for new team members and ensure items are prepared on schedule.
- Complete administrative assignments during slower front desk periods, including support for light office projects.
- Provide dependable front desk coverage independently throughout assigned business hours.
- Partner with office staff on day-to-day operational needs such as workplace coordination, mail handling, and supply-related tasks.
- Support knowledge transfer and cross-training activities to help maintain continuity of front office operations.
