Job Description
Duties will include:
- Checking in and out guests.
- Handling payment for services rendered.
- Answering phones and returning voicemails.
- Checking and responding to emails.
- Handling drop-in tours/questions
- Scheduling appointments.
- Organizing Client Records.
- Making sure the lobby is neat and tidy.
- Keeping up with the facility's daily chores and cleaning.
- Letting boarding dogs out for bathroom breaks & completing optional enrichments during the day.
