Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Greets visitors, verifies visitor's identification, and confirms visitor's place of business. Answers incoming calls and route calls to appropriate person or department. Records daily cash drawer activity and deposits cash; records check runs; records airline charge entries; records all credit card usage. Maintains all filing systems including filing documents, filing name change requests, and other organizational systems. Schedules and schedules employees for upcoming work days; schedules meetings for the department; maintains calendar. Maintains all office equipment in good working order; cleans, tests, and maintains all office equipment. Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 1-2 years of previous related Dental experience required Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed, including some nights and holidays required Ability to learn new computer programs and software applications quickly and accurately. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform essential job functions. Spanish speakers are welcome to apply
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
