Part Time approximately 24 hours per week, Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm, possible half day on Monday and Friday •There is a potential to go Full Time down the road if interested, not set time frame as to when

Requirements:

Receptionist/Office experience Medical/health industry is a plus Outgoing, positive, pleasant and professional demeanor Ability to handle highly confidential information required, HIPPA certification is a plus Basic Word and Excel skills needed, computer savvy to learn new software

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and greet patients Schedule appointments (they see about 10-12 patients per day) Respond to emails and website chats Confirm/reschedule appointments as needed Monitor daily office workflow Assist with light chart work Other daily office tasks as needed
