Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone or email and supporting their needs professionally. Skills Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members. Strong office management skills with experience in handling administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Excellent phone answering skills with multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette. Proven clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Clear client communication skills combined with customer support experience to foster positive relationships. Typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document processing.
